Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist
Location: Remote, with preference to applicants in Florida
Reports To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support both internal and external communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, organizational, and digital skills who can contribute to a variety of marketing projects. You’ll help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal & External Communications: Develop and support communication strategies that promote brand consistency and effectively reach both internal teams and external audiences.

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; monitor engagement and adjust strategies for the organization and its clients.

Website Updates: Maintain and update website content using Wix, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current marketing initiatives.

Sales Collateral: Create and update marketing materials including sell sheets, brochures, and presentations that support sales and client communication efforts. Maintain and update pricesheets and marketing kits.

Client Follow-Up Coordination: Assist in organizing client follow-up communications, including outreach emails and CRM activity tracking.

Campaign Execution: Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns; monitor performance metrics and report on outcomes.

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) tailored to specific events and audiences.

Content Creation: Write and edit content for a variety of mediums, including web, email campaigns, social media, and printed materials.

Event Support: Assist in the preparation and promotion of events, webinars, and tradeshows, including logistics and communication.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Must be an American citizen and US Resident, with preference to candidates in Florida.

2–4 years of experience in a marketing communications or similar role.

Proficient with Wix or similar website platforms.
-
Strong grasp of social media best practices and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
